A Top To Bottom home inspection gives you a detailed narrative style written report with a multi page summary at the beginning outlining the issues in the following three priorities – Safety, Repairs or Upgrades, and Maintenance. The total report is approximately 40 to 50 pages complete with full colour photos. Additional educational documents are also supplied to help you understand the operation and maintenance of specific systems of the property.
